Pathetic Company(Never Join) - Engineer MEIP Employee Review

1) Interviewer are biggest lair. 2) Salary increment is nothing if you work or not.(For higher management to lower staff get the same percentage of salary ex. if someone getting 25 lakhs, will get the 8% of salary and someone who is having less salary(10 lakhs ) or position is also less then he will also get 8%). 3) You can not take half SL. 4) There are few department in this company. 5) There is no project. Very Bad company. They dont respect the employee. There is no life and no work.
