      Benefits and pay are good

      Cons

      Little home time, poor attitude from home office, bids jobs too low then blames it on the workers, break your back and get no recognition/bonus/raise.

      Fair pay, covered travel and living expenses, family can travel with you.

      Cons

      Short handed sometimes, sent north for the winter and south for the summer (should be the other way around)

      Travel, other than that nothing.

      Cons

      Don't get paid what you're actually worth. Management will stab you in the back any chance they get. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU GROW AS AN individual or IN the COMPANY.
