      Pros

      Amazing technical SMEs to learn from. Good compensation and extremely flexible benefits. A variety of challenging projects and bright engaged coworkers.

      Cons

      The internal administrative / organizational structure is highly unstable - multiple departmental shakeups without really changing much (same players - just slightly different roles). More projects per person than one can comfortably handle. Burnout not uncommon. BD relies on technical SMEs and distracts them from billable work way more than it should.

      The environment is free to work in Not overcrowded and juniors can seek helo from senior employees or the director for work Onsite visits

      Cons

      No overtime payment. No training fund or welfare

      Usually employed as a contractor. No feedback loop to METSCO. METSCO doesn't know how you're doing at your project if its an external contractor
