Pros
MESTECH gives opportunities for freshers. It gives you open culture to share your ideas and views. For a fresher it gives attractive salaries unlike other companies.
Cons
Overall good but, freshers are hired only for support purpose. In which an individual can learn lots of things but it does not let him apply those skills in developing the new/ongoing projects. It restricted support individuals for support purpose only and does not elevate them to explore things. There is no personal life for support individuals who are working from client site. At client site, working conditions are very harsh and its no guarantee that you'll get a week off once in a week.
