- Horrible work culture. There is no respect for any employee's skills whatsoever. They will make you work the way they want to, without regards to what you are capable of. The India business is highly mismanaged and 'compliance' is something only on paper. No processes are followed and efficiency obviously takes a hit. Do not expect any work-life balance if you take up a job here. You will be better off taking up a low paying job that gives you respect rather than working here.
