Pros
International working environment with lots of career opportunities within the company, especially in the cross-divisions which allows one to be involved on multiple levels, gaining access to different industries. varying from retail operations to real estate / property management, tto energy sustainability initiatives, to classic advertising etc.
Cons
If you are young and striving to prove your talent, after a certain level it becomes impossible to make a jump on the salary scale. Especially now thanks to the planned cut backs, cost-cutting/saving money strategies and forecasted lay-offs.. Old elephants should be eliminated, but since they have been with the company for ages their severance packages would cost alot..
