Not good company for long term - Anonymous employee METRO Employee Review

Nothing is proper. No proper resource planning in the department. No proper back up system in employee absence. Less usage of technologies. More paper work. Long hours and weekends needs to be spent due to heavy work loads. Attrition is very high due to many reasons.
