Terrible company. Its operation is more like the operation of a former communist company rather than a modern multinational enterprise. The organisation is flat. There is too much politicing. The expat managers are old-school micromanagers absolutely not open to any ideas from the team. They just force down the figures. No talent planning at all. No salary increase for years only cost cuts.
