Recently the company became profitable which is a great milestone to achieve and the committed international trip was held in Bhutan which was outstanding step by leadership to showcase that its not only work but fun at work in METRO.
Cons
The company is transforming to a greatest place to work and hence each individual’s contribution is important. Meritocracy is the only way forward for success and hence some people who are still fence sitters have to stop pulling back the rest who want to prove.
