      The colleagues were nice, although submissive and scared by management reactions.

      Cons

      very authoritarian, rude and constraint environment. there is no room for open discussions or innovation. the management decisions are not discussed, not even when imposed quickly and with no clear arguments.

      - Good colleagues. - Depends on the team, some fun projects.

      Cons

      - Since 2025, the company’s direction has significantly declined. After replacing the former CEO, leadership has felt more performative than effective, with an excessive focus on optics and KPIs rather than real substance (5 Rolex and counting up). - The newly hired CTO has shown little meaningful leadership from an employee perspective, while staff morale has suffered under growing concerns about job security.
