- flexible work - remote options - good holiday allowance - good work-life balance - friendly colleagues

Cons

- benefits are not great - management decisions are not transparent and have been bad in recent years; constant involvement of management consultancies. - regular restructuring - depends on the team, but tendency to make decisions based on HiPPO, political considerations - managers have too many directs (30+) so the "management" is very hands-off

- Good colleagues. - Depends on the team, some fun projects.

Cons

- Since 2025, the company’s direction has significantly declined. After replacing the former CEO, leadership has felt more performative than effective, with an excessive focus on optics and KPIs rather than real substance (5 Rolex and counting up). - The newly hired CTO has shown little meaningful leadership from an employee perspective, while staff morale has suffered under growing concerns about job security.
