it is not the biggest company in the industry

Nice people that stick together.

Unethical management. Condescending CEO. Nepotism. No promotions. No perks (Friday bagels, really?). Over work. Under pay. Office is 30 years old. Carpet has never been cleaned. Walls have never been painted. CEO yells at people, make everyone feel like they are idiots and he is the only one who knows everything. That's why MGA is tanking ever since Bratz was discontinued. Every bad review on glassdoor will be followed by a glowing one. The CEO makes people write them You can even tell the ones that are written by family members ( just read one from his nephew). This place is a.living joke. A toxic environment. People turn over is 2 years max. You will end up in the CEO's black list sooner or later. He fires people for making the wrong turn in the parking lot. Everyone is always on the edge. I saw a lot of amazing people resigning MGA without having another job because this place is so destructive. Even if you have a family to feed and you are desperate and unemployed, don't come here. It will be a black mark on your resume and you will regret it forever.
