It is very difficult to get a raise, you basically have to leave and find another job.

Benefits are solid. Most coworkers are competent, responsive, and friendly. Honestly experienced much less "corporate nonsense" than expected.

As a company that is producing material 24/7, time constraints are ever-present and often stressful. Additionally, if you are applying for a job in Supply Chain, know that the last 2 consecutive hires were washed out in under 6 months, largely due to a training program that is incapable of properly developing talent.
