You're nothing but a number - Road Technician MHS Lift Employee Review

Pros

Good work-life balance, most people there are cool.

Cons

You're nothing but a number and they will toss you aside at the drop of a dime. Management goes through great lengths to convince you they care about you but will prove they care nothing for your financial security or health at every turn. If you're ever hurt they will make your life miserable until you quit and if you refuse to quit they'll make up something to fire you for.

Thank you for your feedback. While we’re glad you found a good work-life balance and connected with your team, it’s unfortunate the rest of your experience didn’t align with the values we strive to uphold. As you may be aware from our training, we take workplace safety very seriously and invest heavily in training and education to help prevent injuries. We make deliberate efforts to help technicians understand how workplace injuries impact not only themselves and their families, but also the organization as a whole. Additionally, integrity in billing is another core value we take seriously. We have systems in place to monitor time reporting closely to ensure customers are never billed for hours that were not worked. When discrepancies arise, we address them promptly and with accordance to company policy. If you’d like to discuss this further, please contact Andy at andy.levin@mhslift.com.
