Lunches, few people that are stuck in same position
Cons
Limited PTO, limited pay, restricted advancement. Favoritism and no real structure. It seems as if management does not know how to actually think critically or analiycially. When management asks the newer employees for help with the change in processing system, a change in management is needed.
