Pros
Projects are good. Very good for embedded engineers. Just learn and leave, don't except anything from company . Flexible timings
Cons
Too many politics. Less growth. You have to work as a trainee for long time. Don't expect salary. Sometimes you may need to do all jobs like .. developing , testing , documentation,and even you have to go to setup installed location and fix bugs there only if emergency.
