Sadly, there is no concern for employees who do the work. Everyone is just a body & a means of $$ for the owner who is 75+ and disengaged with day to day operations of the company, and it's employees. The only ones who get treated well are part of the owners inner circle. For everyone else, there are very few raises, no match on 401k (he took that away) and there is no job security of the employees on any contract. The issue is he wants to sell, but is finding it difficult because of the company status as a "SDVOB", if he can't, eventually, he will just have to close the company.
