We're glad the flexibility in time management worked well for you — it's something we actively try to protect, especially in field and operational roles.
The concerns about shifts, compensation, and growth opportunities are ones we take seriously. A few things we have in place to address exactly these areas:
🔹 Annual anonymous internal surveys, so everyone can share honest feedback without concern about visibility
🔹 Biannual one-on-one reviews with direct managers, focused on individual development and career progression
🔹 An external advisory board that independently reviews our compensation structure — including gender pay equity — to ensure our salaries remain fair, competitive, and consistent
