Wish there is some option for reviews in Negative points. All reviews are fake or either given by employees who have no experience of IT culture.
Cons
They expect you to work till 2AM in night (that's how they manage their projects) and no company transportation. Worst policies , no one to mentor or guide you......no career growth. Don't know if their HRs have any degrees. One HRs is always busy in achieving her candy crush levels . Second has no idea about documentation and paper work. She could not distinguish between 'Reliving' and 'relieving' letter spellings. All policies are very subjective and they change per employee. Dude if you have office in India.....Why do you have all Canadian policies...Otherwise get your work done from Canada itself. CEO is all fake...he has got CA degree and have no clue how to run an IT company. As per labor law....if you are working overtime you should be paid....But here he is treating all Indians like nothing.... and that's the reason he is getting all his work done from India... Because Canadian people will always demand justice of their overtime spent... Ans some of employees have no work to do...always love to interfere in other's work .Because they have no employee management policies. No projects at all... Forget about their review for Canadian and US projects. All these people in Canada and higher positions in India have no clue about Indian IT.....Rules have changed and Indian IT in itself is growing like anything....Kindly open your eyes and mind.. If 2 people join then 2 people are quitting as well. 100% iteration rate they have. In total 20 employees including interns....And this count is there since 2 years when they established company...People come and abscond within 1 month . Maximum stay of any employee is 1 year
