Fairly competitive pay and benefits.
Cons
Lack of process, procedure, and standardization. Lack of management. High Turn over. My calculations put them around 25+% turnover in the past year. Orientation needs an overhaul. Department heads do what they want and don't work well with other departments they have no respect. Lack of time management. Many employees (especially management) consistently show up to meetings 5-15 min late.
