Pros
There are many things that I love about this company & the people here, whom I not only call my co-workers, but friends. I have been with MLS Direct Network for almost 3 years & not only have I grown professionally, but personally as well. It is a pleasure to come to work every day & work with such knowledgeable and genuinely nice people. I have never experienced, seen, or heard any negative remarks, derogatory behavior, and/or alcohol abuse inside the walls of this beautiful office. However, there is ALOT of laughter, kind words, & love for this business. Management has always shown their appreciation for the hard work that each employee puts into this business by offering great benefits, as already mentioned: BC/BS insurance, 401k, raises, opportunities to grow into other positions within the company, annual Christmas gatherings, complete with an end of the year bonus. We here at MLS love what we get to do every day & helping merchants get the service that they deserve is what we achieve.
Cons
There are none... other than I second with the PCI Admin in saying that cupcake celebratory parties need to be more often than the end of every month! :)
