Gradual Americanization of all policies, sick days, vacation, benefits, are all slowly eroding to follow the bottom of the barrel American practices under the guise of "industry standard". Questionable management, at times a lot of management decisions are based on what Sales pitches and not on what the developers know is needed in the industry.
