MMC is a great place for individuals who don't have college degrees. My former manager once stated that MMC hires "low-qualified individuals" for "highly skilled positions" in effort to save money. As a result of these practices, MMC creates an odd working environment (or garden, as stated by the owner) driven by power hungry managers or family members who are low-qualified--none of them have proper training or college degrees. Ultimately, the managers constantly fight with one another, they pin employees against each other whenever necessary, and will find any way possible to fire those who threaten their position or speak up against them. In my two years at MMC, I saw more than 10 people get fired. That's 1/5 of the company. Don't work here if you have other options. This place is a garden infested with a plague known as management and the garden is slowly dying because the gardener doesn't know how to garden.
