Old-fashioned practices and outdated software when I was there 6 years ago but I'm sure they have been update

The benefits are good. The office is nice. That’s about it.

The owner, Mashi involves himself in all aspects of the company and is the ultimate decision maker for almost everything, yet is extremely out of touch with the reality of the company and industry. The executive staff is “Yes Men” so it causes a huge disconnect with the staff. Mashi is more interested in telling everyone about the countless book ideas he has than to have any fruitful conversation. Not just the idea but what time he thought of it, where he was when he thought of it, what he was wearing when he thought of it, what he was drinking when he thought of it.. and the executives will insist on asking him more about this book idea than addressing any issues within the company or fixing the forever declining client base.
