Pros

Working at Dataphi genuinely felt different, in the best way possible. They've cultivated a truly people-first, collaborative culture where I always felt respected, included, and supported by my teammates. It's an environment that genuinely makes you feel both valued and empowered. What stood out was how approachable leadership was – they truly listened to feedback and consistently showed a clear focus on employee well-being and growth. From a development perspective, the opportunities were abundant. I loved being able to jump into cross-functional projects, and the internal mobility options were great. The superiors were incredibly supportive of upskilling, actively encouraging us to attend conferences and industry events to keep us at the top of our game. Beyond the work, it was genuinely a fun and social atmosphere. Regular team dinners, casual outings, and even team sports really helped build strong bonds and a true sense of community. Critically, they deeply respected work-life balance. The flexible policies and overall supportive environment meant I could maintain a healthy life outside of work, which is key for long-term satisfaction and engagement.

Cons

Nothing major. Some processes are still evolving as the company grows, but suggestions are taken seriously and improvements are ongoing.
