The firm is very accommodating to different needs, and open to trying different things. They recognize good work and provide opportunities to excel. Lots of firm activities, client activities and marketing activities to build a business community

Treatment is fair, but not necessarily equal. If you provide good work, you'd advance, but if you're just there to work 9-5 and leave, you probably won't advance as quickly (not to say you'll be stuck though)
