This review was submitted during a transition of our company relocating our operations from CA to TX. There were absolutely challenges with the move and transition that took time to iron out as you can imagine moving a company across the states is not a small task. There may have been some down time with equipment (scanners) however, this would have been a short lived circumstance. Since the move we have taken many strides at improving the on-boarding and training. We have added additional processes and benefits. It takes time for change and transition.
