      Pros

      The convivial and slick onboarding experience, from interview-stage to being hired and settling-in, was extremely well designed; I felt like an effective part of the team within the first couple of weeks of joining. In my previous experience, this takes a couple of months. The Function, product Crews and wider teams, including HR, all helped onboarding to the product, the brand, the culture and the people and now, one month in, I feel really excited about helping to build the brand and grow as a UX practitioner.

      Pros

      Supportive management and welcoming hiring team, The management and hiring team are incredibly friendly and approachable. They have a thoughtful and well-structured onboarding process that makes new hires feel welcomed and helps them get acquainted with the company quickly. It really sets a positive tone from day one.

      None that I have come across yet.

      Pros

      I loved this job but their systems are breaking and things were falling through the cracks more than ever and I definitely felt it. I was let go and morale was honestly in the toilet for me. It made me realize I deserved better. - lovely people within my team and similar departments - hybrid work from home environment - structured work days

      Cons

      - limited room to grow with changing systems and standards. it felt like you weren't allowed to grow due to lack of time, people and energy. -if you aren't useful anymore they'll just get rid of you and start over by outsourcing their operations to Cape Town - ungraceful in the delivery of bad news by HR and senior management. - senior management felt messy and focused on protecting themselves and the brand
