Pros
The people here are great. Artists are very talented and passionate about their work. Lots of snacks, beer on Fridays.
Cons
Jobs are underbid to win projects. EPs take on projects knowing there are not enough resources available and everyone is expected to make it work. Teams have to scramble and work late nights/weekends to meet deadlines. Clients are the top priority, so employee needs are not heard. Artists are treated like machines. Everyone in production has too much on their plate. HR exists to protect the company, not to support employees. Be prepared to be publicly scolded if you make any small mistake. Higher ups and HR will try to make you feel like you don't deserve to work here if you complain about anything. Both HR and higher ups use manipulation often.
