      - you will find here awesome friends from all around the world - they have best pipeline and the best compositing department on the world - they always motivate you giving you more better work if you are really good

      Cons

      - a lot OT - finals always for today - some supervisors have bad attitude and will try to do everything to make production happy sacrificing team
