Excellent people, cool shows, nice facilities.
Cons
High-stress atmosphere. Not enough senior talent. Outdated scheduling and tracking. Disorganized, even hostile top level production. Uneven scheduling makes it harder to hit targets with a high level of quality. Heavy OT expected to make up for poor planning.
