Sometimes you get to work with very talented people, good for the CV

Bad pay, No overtime pay, indirectly you are told to do overtime, lack of feedback whilst on the job so all the ONLY review is yearly and is you aren't so and so's yes man you ould expect anywhere between 2-0% raise. Extremely rude producers
