Pros
The real great advantage of working here is that you get your hands on big projects ending up doing some work on very important shots even if you're a junior. And they are always looking to exploit some very proactive youngsters.
Cons
mainly the management: they never listen to you. They just pretend to do it but in the end, is like talking to a wall. The production is always on fire on every project and in the end, during the town hall meetings, the CEOs will always blame the artists for not having done his/her work in the right amount of time.
