Various significant deal breakers with this company. The first significant issues are consistency and communication. Most projects do not have any preparation or handshake between sales and operations so usually the client even is not prepared for the project. Management is the biggest issue at this company. As mentioned before there are zero reviews of your performance and zero mentorship. Everything you learn will be from your own research. The "subject matter experts" and all levels of upper management have no technical background and at times believe the world does not follow the laws of thermodynamics. If you come into this company, you will see and hear a lot of opportunity for upward mobility, but it is fools gold. The company cannot gain enough traction to grow because of a sub-standard product and is now competing with the big boys. I could write more, but I think I'll wrap it up with a warning and a comment made to me on an outgoing colleague. The warning would be to a potential client of MPC. I would recommend you do your due-diligence on this company before signing any contract. Go beyond the references that they give you. A former colleague on his way out of the company told me this: "I am embarrassed to list them on my resume."
