Pros
The benefits couldn't be beat. Health insurance and all of that was unbelievable at times. In that aspect we were definitely spoiled.
Cons
Communication was terrible. We never really knew what was going on at any given time. Also, the red tape was exhausting. Most of the time you could never get a straight answer from anybody because everybody was waiting on everybody else. You ask... "WHAT??? That doesn't make any sense"... EXACTLY... The red tape was so bad that I'm surprised it didn't spontaneously manifest itself and cover the buildings...
