Hiring process was a simple two step, preliminary video interview and then 121 with hiring manager all with in a week and an other 24hrs later. The swiftness, friendliness and professionalism absolutely reflected what MS3 is about.
The onboarding process is a two day overview of the company and an introduction to all the senior departments and senior heads of the business, including the CEO.
General culture is an inclusive people first ethos, generally feels like a group of individuals all working in the same direction towards the same goals and doing their best for the employees and ultimately their customers.
Benefits and pay are market leading, Some that I can think of are fully funded learning schemes, pension scheme, cycle to work and EV car scheme, company work events, retail discounts, generous holiday, birthday off days, bonus scheme, uniform, parking, flexible working where applicable and community day.
General management and seniors are all supportive, adult and transparent and importantly recognize and respect each others skills and generally all pull together.
