Pros

The product has a lot of potential. It has some interesting features which provide good utility to the users. As the organization is small, there is a lot of learning for freshers and it enables them to take responsibilities at the early stages of their professional career.

Cons

All of the old employees who built the product have left the organization, and it is being run by interns and freshers. There is no guidance from seniors as there are hardly any left, and the ones present, lack majority of the required skills. Moreover, the sales team does not know about the existing features the product provides, and they aren't even able to give a demo of the basic functionality of MSB application. As far as work-life balance is concerned, there are multiple deployments each week so one has to work around the clock, but it may be considered a good point if enough appreciation is received.

Pros

Many opportunities to learn new skills and room for growth. C-Level management allows employees a great deal of autonomy and independence, while providing guidance and support. Flexible work schedule to accommodate important life events. Extremely supportive of employees (such as single parents, etc) who need flexible schedules. Family-friendly environment. Regular and substantial pay increases. Company encourages pursuit of certifications and offers reimbursement. Excellent health and dental packages, offering multiple to choose from. 401k contribution matching. Excellent paid vacation and sick time. Regular bonuses. Remote work. Mobile phone allowance. Travel reimbursement and allowance. C-Level management genuinely cares for employees.

Cons

You will need to be productive and responsible to thrive in this environment. There is no micromanaging here (which I view as a plus). You will receive training, and support is always available from upper management and other employees. If you are a person who can manage themselves and their tasks well with minimal intervention, a self-starter who can speak up when they need help, you will do well. If you need someone to micromanage you and plan your day for you in order to meet your milestones, you will struggle. I don't view these things as cons, but they may be for some people.
