- Decent Salary - Paperless documentation for change control. -
Cons
- Career progression is limited - No hybrid work arrangement even though other departments enjoy this benefit - Too many PLC systems and each system uses different code philosophy. - Capex project is handled by another team of project engineers and site automation team is hardly involved. When equipment is handed over to site automation team, there is always knowledge gap. - Lean team; if multiple people are out of office, extremely difficult to function.
