      Pros

      nice company culture for a corporate, good salary and benefits, mostly competent people in the Prague IT departments

      Cons

      There are some lay offs taking place right now and msd was firing incompetent employees and also the ones with higher salaries than average (mostly deserved). They are now cancelling all sorts of projects in the middle of development to save money. It will take a few months to a few years before there are some nice opportunities here again.

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
