      The Higher Purpose - helping patients The people are of high calibre Opportunity to work on interesting innovative projects Very good benefits for employees

      American values and culture as the norm (Global = US) - senior leadership is all in US, diversity is through the US lens, rather than international. Lots of internal politics from the US Communicating positivity, to the point of being disingenuous Lots of committees and bureaucracy, slow to change and get things done

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
