      Pros

      This is my 4th multinational company where the others were also all fortune 500 and MSD stands out to be the best... A lot of improvement opportunities for self driven employees Senior leadership believe in people and empowers them Ability to navigate like an entrepreneur in a huge company with many resources

      Cons

      A highly matrix organization like other big companies; where under the definition of "collaboration" compromises is expected.

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
