      interesting job content, quite good benefits, flexibility in working remotely, very nice office, good salary

      Cons

      I know companies with friendlier people and more supportive and communicative environment, the competitivness is strong here, not all managers are great leaders, they lack emotional intelligence sometimes.

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
