Pros

left alone to manage, good time off, benefits were provided to employees and their families, retirement was good. Technology was good, although ever changing. Decent teamwork.

Cons

Poor salary, long hours, too many evening meetings. Senior staff was unaware of peoples needs, no support or training provided. Needs better direction on how to handle difficult situations.

Dedicated and passionate people Focused on improving the solution and customer experience Good culture and fun team events - putting genuine effort into improving culture Company is growing and has a logical and innovative roadmap for the platform Service Pro is a true Saas solution, continually being updated and improved A large props to leaders who have helped revive the organization, made the tough decisions, & aligned to allow for positive momentum and growth Awesome partners ready to help and even better clients Awesome office/location and "culture perks"

Cons

Have had to reduce staff in areas of the business Low in office attendance Covid & economy has not helped this organization thrive Still running into issues with outdated, unfavorable client agreements from years ago
