Pros
I could not list all the great things about MSIGHTS. The people are awesome and become very close friends, the environment is casual but very productive, we work hard together and we play hard together. The work can be intense and very stressful at times but you never feel alone or overwhelmed because there is always a team member to pick you up and remind you not to fret. Knowing your whole team supports you is a great feeling. I love MSIGHTS, it has made working full time a blast.
Cons
Be prepared for a high learning curve, high priority tasks, and some rare days when your stress level is through the roof. But also be prepared for the generous team members who are more than happy to help you out when you're plate gets too full or you need a refresher on how to do a task. Everyone is super helpful, super friendly, and always willing to lend a hand. I highly recommend.
