7yI am sorry that your experience with MSNW did not meet your expectations. Indeed, we have experienced growing pains. During this time, we appreciate you support as a fill-in for cleaners who were on vacation or unable to report to work due to illness. Flexibility in acting as a fill-in cleaner is an important part of the Lead role.
I am also concerned that you don't believe you have received appropriate training for your role. Training is critical for your Safety as well as providing you with the process and skills necessary to exceed our clients expectations.
MSNW has expanded our Training Curriculum over the past year. If you still have concerns in this area, please reach out to me personally so we can make sure your issues are addressed.
