Opportunities for growth. Strong cooperative team environment on my shift. It is possible to see quick pay raises if you work hard to earn certifications. If it is not busy, you will find yourself with free time at work. A very good place to get into semiconductor. I think the business outlook for the future is somewhat good and the job is stable.

Leadership is slightly corrupt. They also don't seem to pay much attention and don't understand some important concepts of leadership. Benefits and especially time off have much to be desired.
