      got a lot to learn, good for beginners, multimedia makes it easy to teach there, good work environment, a lot of batches to practice

      Cons

      the pay scale is a bit low for the beginners, otherwise nothing else can be categorized as a con, everything else is good

      Great flexibility. Plenty of vacation hours.

      Management does not recognize the little guys. One of the lowest paying banks.
