Pros
MTH is HUGE on family. Yes its a job and work is work but if you have a family emergency they WANT you to go take care of it. If a kid or spouse is sick and you need to take the day off they ALWAYS offer to let you make it up or simply work from home. MTH property managers are responsible for a lot but if you delegate your days properly it is not hard to get everything done. I was a manager that had a vary pressing portfolio so I was always on the go and on my locations daily. The reginal directors are always there when you need them. If you need help with a showing or inspection a reginal or another manager will step up to the plate and help. MTH is a big family! Operating smooth and smart.
Cons
Work can follow you home most days but they pay well so it makes up for the evening calls and emergencies.
