Pros
> You will get exposed to excellent projects with leading international brands > Highly skilled and supportive team > Best place to polish / build your strategic thinking capabilities > You are given responsibilities and opportunities to perform irrespective of your seniority within the company
Cons
> The only con i see (although some may not see this as a con) is that the company is highly performance driven so career progression will depend on your performance. Some people may find it difficult at first to fit-in to such performance driven work environments. > Given the size and complexity of the projects handled, sometimes the work load tend to be a bit high hence requires you to be flexible in working long hours occasionally.
