Not homey but efficient - Engineering Co-Op MTPV Employee Review

MTPV is still a small but mighty team. This makes it easy to get to know everyone and allows (forces?!) everyone to wear a lot of hats. You won't get board doing the same thing day in and day out. But what really makes MTPV such an exciting opportunity is ground-breaking work we're doing in the clean energy space!

The small team is split between Austin and Boston, which can sometime impede brainstorming. We should proactively engineer opportunities for greater collaboration.
